The Advanced Material Handler (Source 1) is responsible for operating order pickers and standard forklifts to support shipping, receiving, and production activities. This position involves accurately picking, moving, and organizing materials, including heavy and oversized items, while working at elevated heights within a warehouse or dock environment. This role requires maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company procedures in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities * Operate order pickers, standard forklifts, and pallet jacks to accurately pick, transport, and stage materials * Efficiently load, unload, and sort palletized and non-palletized freight * Use handheld scanning devices to track inventory and shipments * Secure freight inside trailers using proper tools and techniques * Handle heavy materials, including coils, equipment, and large components * Work in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to company policies * Maintain productivity and accuracy while working at heights ## Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required * 1+ years of experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred * Experience in shipping, receiving, and/or production materia
