What you will be doing Neros is looking for an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to own the full lifecycle of our peripheral hardware products — from early prototyping through high-volume manufacturing. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of engineering, operations, and quality, where you will be the connective tissue between design and production. Responsibilities Lead Production Readiness Reviews and own the design package as products transition from prototype to full-scale manufacturing Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) improvements across the product lifecycle to reduce cost, improve yield, and accelerate ramp Maintain and evolve the Bill of Materials (BOM), proactively identifying and resolving supply chain risks including component obsolescence, alternate sourcing, and shortage mitigation Establish and maintain quality control processes, working with contract manufacturers and internal teams to define acceptance criteria, inspection protocols, and failure analysis workflows Manage regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., FCC, CE, RoHS, UL) from design through certification, ensuring products meet all applicable standards Serve as the long-term technical owner for released products, supporting sustaining engineering, cost reduction i
