What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience in law enforcement, tactical operations, or specialized training environments, Demonstrated experience delivering law enforcement or tactical instruction background in firearms operations and live-fire range safety procedures, Experience in emergency medical response, tactical medicine, EMT, or related medical support training, Ability to conduct both classroom and hands-on field instruction, Experience supporting curriculum development and scenario-based training programs, communication, leadership, and instructional skills, Ability to work in dynamic operational and training environments
Nice to Have
Previous federal law enforcement, military, or specialized tactical unit experience, Instructor certifications related to firearms, tactical operations, defensive tactics, or emergency medical training, EMT, Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), or related medical certifications, Experience supporting large-scale or mission-critical training programs, Water operations, survival, or specialized field training experience
What You'll Do.
Deliver advanced law enforcement tactics instruction in classroom and field environments
Conduct firearms and live-fire range instruction in accordance with established safety and operational standards
Support tactical medicine and EMT-related training exercises
Provide instruction in land navigation
Facilitate scenario-based training exercises and practical applications
Assist with curriculum development
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback and remediation as needed
Ensure compliance with all safety
and training standards during instruction
Support mission readiness initiatives through effective training delivery and operational expertise
