What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline, Minimum 5 years of experience in technical-related roles such as Technical Engineering, Technical Sales, or Product Development, direct customer interaction, Willing and able to travel frequently (approximately 40%)
Nice to Have
Experience with polymer materials, Proven experience in one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Electric Vehicles (EV), New Energy, Coatings, or Construction, Basic understanding of product formulation, Basic understanding of manufacturing/production processes, working on cross-regional projects, work across multicultural teams and stakeholders, Prior experience working in a multinational (MNC) environment, Fluent English communication skills
What You'll Do.
Provide technical supports
Develop new applications
Develop custom compounds
Troubleshoot customer issues
Perform lab assessments
Prepare technical data packages
Identify new business opportunities
Develop new customers
Support new product introduction
Develop customized NPIs
Participate in exhibitions
Support customers investigate root causes
Support façade project review
Conduct laboratory work
Develop application technical data package
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with sales and marketing partners; Work closely with marketing, sales, technology; Closely collaborate with commercial team; Frequent communication with ADEs in other regions; Maintain a cross-pole network; Work closely with R&D; work across multicultural teams and stakeholders
