Must Have
Engineering degree in relevant field, Solid knowledge of compressor product groups, Applicable product and process standards knowledge, 3–5 years experience with compressors, 3–5 years experience with inverters, 3–5 years experience with high-voltage products, 3–5 years experience with on-board chargers, 3–5 years experience with thermal systems, 3–5 years experience with high-voltage coolant heaters, 3–5 years experience with batteries, 3–5 years experience with battery system assembly, Interpersonal and leadership skills, 5–7 years experience in product development, Proven successful experience in project development management (3–5 years)
Nice to Have
Background in mechanical systems, Background in electrical systems, Background in thermal systems, Good understanding of Valeo Development Policy, Good understanding of equivalent development processes, Financial awareness, Experience in at least two development functions
