Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media and we need your help adding fuel to the fire. ABOUT THE ROLE Polymarket is building out our Engineering team to deliver white-glove support to our most active users. This role is for someone with a technical background who wants to work across multiple sides of the business — Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Compliance — with the main focus on delivering results for clients. The majority of your time will be spent understanding client needs, providing solutions, and shaping feedback into product decisions. You will act as a mini-founder within a mini-startup within Polymarket. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Advanced Customer Product Engineer will work closely with Polymarket's partners to ensure they get the most value from the platform. You'll manage the relationship from onboarding through long-term retention, resolve problems before they escalate, and use that first-hand knowledge to shape what we build next. - Own a named portfolio of clients — manage the relationship from onboarding through ongoing success - Vibe code every day — pull data from the platform, write SQL against our warehouse, read the relevant code paths, ship fixes when they unblock a client, and make sure our support organization gets 1% better every single day - Translate real client pain into product insight — surface product gaps, track adoption signals, and influence the roadmap through bot
