What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field, Advanced English level (B2–C2), Minimum 3 years of experience in the marketing or media industry, Minimum 3 years of experience in data governance processes within a data warehousing, ETL, and business intelligence environment, 2 years of experience in a business analysis or technical project management role, proficiency and hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Azure for database management, relational database management systems (RDBMS), Advanced data manipulation skills in Microsoft Excel

Nice to Have

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript is a plus, Experience with VBA/macros in Excel is a plus

What You'll Do.

Manage database logic

Oversee the building of data pipelines and APIs to support business needs

Consult with subject matter experts

Write clear business and technical requirements documents

Create and manage project timelines

Hold all responsible parties accountable for deliverables

Facilitate communication and progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions

Proactively elevating and resolving project roadblocks

Lead the investigation and resolution of data discrepancies and issues

Proactively identifying solutions for data quality problems and operational inefficiencies

Serve as the subject matter expert for data quality processes

Ensuring best practices are followed across all initiatives

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the full campaign implementation workflow across all media channels to inform data strategy and troubleshooting

Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors

Effectively communicating roles
