You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. # **A Day in the Life** As an Advanced Analytics Analyst – Power BI / Power Apps in the Reporting, Analytics & Insights (RAI) COE within Global Finance at Medtronic, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the world’s largest medical device company. This dynamic role within a multicultural environment fosters career growth and is critical to driving digital transformation and operational excellence across financial operations. You will work closely with Finance, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop interactive visualizations that drive data accessibility. This role requires an average of 3-4 days per week of overlapping work hours with the U.S. team to ensure seamless collaboration. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Integrate AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions, such as embedding Copilot, AI Builder, or custom ML APIs within Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to enable intelligent workflows, natural language insights, and automated decision support. * Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with finance analysts, business users, and data teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure output meets business objectives. * Power BI Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and performance optimization * Power Apps Solutions: Build and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to streamline financial processes, enable workflow automation, and enhance user experience. * Automation & Integration: Leverage Power Automate and integrations with systems such as SAP, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms to enable end-to-end process automation. * Data Modeli
