Oversees the planning

Leads advance staff and volunteers

Coordinates with campaign departments and external partners
Ensures every event is fully operational before candidate arrival
Plays a critical leadership role in delivering professional
and successful campaign events in fast-paced environments
and execute all advance operations for campaign events statewide
Travel ahead of the candidate to prepare event locations and oversee on-site logistics
Develop detailed event timelines
Coordinate with local organizers
Oversee setup and breakdown of campaign events
Coordinate with communications and press team to ensure media readiness onsite
Serve as the primary on-site logistics lead during campaign events and appearances
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues quickly in high-pressure environments
Ensure campaign branding
and event standards are consistently maintained
