What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in marketing communications or a related field, Experience in performance marketing, B2B marketing within the IT industry, or equivalent business understanding, Experience planning and operating online/offline customer events (conferences, seminars, events, etc.), Ability to develop storytelling and narratives based on data and insights, Leadership and communication skills to lead projects through collaboration with various organizations, Ability to understand ad sales strategies and customer needs and connect them to customer engagement strategies
Nice to Have
Business communication skills in English/Korean, High understanding of the e-commerce industry, Experience planning programs for global conferences or C-level executives
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute customer engagement strategies aligned with Coupang Ads' ad sales strategy and business goals
Plan and operate various online/offline engagement programs (seminars
etc.) for key customers such as advertisers
Define and develop messages and storylines (narratives) linked to ad sales strategies based on understanding of customers and target audiences
Design and execute customer touchpoint strategies in collaboration with various related organizations such as marketing
Establish message strategies to enhance Coupang Ads' brand influence and plan/develop supporting content (video
presentation materials
Monitor domestic and international trends in the advertising and e-commerce industries and derive insights
Analyze qualitative/quantitative performance of customer engagement activities and derive improvement directions

Collaborate with various related organizations such as marketing, sales, product, and data to design and execute customer touchpoint strategies
