We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer Engineer to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and execution of customer journey campaigns within the Adobe ecosystem. In this role, you will leverage Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies to build and deploy personalized customer experiences, orchestrate multi-channel campaigns, and ensure seamless production execution. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical stakeholders to transform campaign strategies into scalable customer engagement solutions. Requirements: Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Experience implementing and deploying marketing campaigns within Adobe Experience Cloud Ability to configure and execute customer journeys using established campaign strategies and assets Experience deploying email campaigns and implementing pre-designed templates into production Strong understanding of journey orchestration, audience targeting, and campaign lifecycle management Experience building and managing audience segmentations and targeting logic Understanding of personalization capabilities and customer experience optimization Familiarity with scheduling log
