Full Job Description

Unitek Learning is on a mission: to close the nursing shortage gap by preparing compassionate, high-quality nurses and allied health professionals who serve our local communities. And we’re growing rapidly as a result! We offer Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing plus diploma programs in Vocational Nursing and Medical Assisting. Every student we recruit is a future frontline caregiver — and you’ll play a direct role getting them there. Why this role matters: Unitek graduates enter hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and community health centers across our region. By connecting motivated people with life-changing training, you help deliver the workforce our communities urgently need. Healthcare needs you — and our students need you to guide them from interest to enrollment. What you’ll do: * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs. * Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews. * Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes. * Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents. * Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue. Who you are: * Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare. * Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up. * Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path. * Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus). * Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
