What You'll Achieve.
Meet all minimum standards outlined per the performance management program; Ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Unitek College, and/or relevant regulatory agencies; Ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Company, and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policy, procedures and legal requirements

Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems; Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices
Regular, in-person attendance up to 5 days per week on campus/on site is an essential function of this position, This role requires on-site collaboration with students, faculty, and staff
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience, Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors, Excellent presentation skills, Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred
What You'll Do.
Recruit qualified candidates for academic programs
Provide information and guidance to potential students
Evaluate and resolve student inquiries and issues
Uphold enrollment standards and comply with regulations
Interact with prospects and students in person or on phone
Meet minimum performance standards
Take inquiry calls from potential students
Return web inquiries and calls promptly
Make outbound phone calls to potential students
Participate in phone-a-thons and dialing campaigns
Initiate unsolicited leads and generate new business
Follow up on inquiries
Follow up with interviews
Schedule and conduct student interviews
Utilize approved company materials during interviews
Explain program offerings and match benefits to student needs
Advise suitable programs based on student desires
Ensure admissions management meets with potential students
Provide basic information and advice on programs
Serve as liaison between student and campus
Assist in completion of enrollment forms
Mentor and advise students
Address easily-resolved inquiries and concerns
Accurately account for all inquiries and admissions activity
Complete daily activity reports
Ensure pre-start paperwork is completed accurately
Keep required reports current and accurate
Attend and complete all required training
Attend meetings as directed by supervisor

Provide basic information, routine guidance, and assistance to potential students on matters related to enrollment and the admissions process. Evaluate and resolve student inquiries, issues, and problems, and ensure appropriate action is taken to the satisfaction of the student, Unitek College, and/or relevant regulatory agencies. Uphold enrollment standards by complying with related governmental regulations and standards of accreditation, and by enrolling only students who meet eligibility requirements as published in the college’s catalog. Demonstrate positive attitude and motivation, concern for students, teamwork, excellent time management skills and the work ethic to follow-through on commitment to students and the organization. Use Company approved Admissions materials during telephone calls, interviews, and enrollment process. Observe and adhere to all company polices and best practices. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate course of action. All activities will be monitored to ensure consistency with company standards.
