Must Have

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, 2+ years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a customer-facing role, Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office technology, Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be physically present in the office, Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain such authorization without sponsorship

Nice to Have

Experience working in a goal-driven or performance-based environment, Knowledge of higher education regulations and compliance standards

Guide students through decision-making

Present program content

Administer admissions assessment

Provide student outcomes

Track activity in CRM

Coordinate with departments

Utilize tools and systems

Provide feedback to Director

Attend meetings and events

Maintain performance standards

Continue progress toward goals

Coordinate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments; Collaborate effectively across departments
