Consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs; Manage a structured pipeline of prospective students; Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation; Deliver a high-quality, student-centered admissions experience; Demonstrate accountability for individual performance; Contribution to team and campus enrollment goals
Industry & Context.
Must be physically present in the office, Employment verification will be conducted, Successful completion of a background check, Official transcripts are required prior to hire, Degrees earned outside the United States must be evaluated, Must maintain authorization without sponsorship, Able to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing 10–25 pounds as needed
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, 2+ years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a customer-facing role, Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office technology, Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be physically present in the office, Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain such authorization without sponsorship
Nice to Have
Experience working in a goal-driven or performance-based environment, Knowledge of higher education regulations and compliance standards
What You'll Do.
Own full lifecycle of prospective student engagement
Respond to inquiries timely and professionally
Build rapport with prospective students
Schedule and conduct admissions interviews
Guide prospective students through decision-making
Present program content and outcomes
Evaluate applicants' educational background
Administer and communicate admissions assessment results
Ensure admissions activities comply with policies
Provide approved student outcomes data
Track and manage activity within CRM systems
Coordinate with Financial Aid
Utilize available tools and systems
Provide feedback to Director of Admissions
Attend departmental meetings and university events
Foster a professional and respectful environment
Deliver outstanding customer service
Maintain performance standards
Continue progress toward goals
Perform other duties as assigned

Coordinate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments; Collaborate effectively across departments

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a culturally diverse environment
