What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, 2+ years of experience in admissions, higher education, or a customer-facing role, Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office technology, Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a culturally diverse environment
Nice to Have
Experience working in a goal-driven or performance-based environment, Knowledge of higher education regulations and compliance standards
What You'll Do.
Guide prospective students through enrollment
Build rapport with students
Conduct admissions interviews
Administer admissions assessment results
Track and manage activity within CRM
Coordinate with departments
Utilize tools and systems
Provide feedback to Director
Attend meetings and events
Foster professional environment
Deliver outstanding customer service
Maintain performance standards

Coordinate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments; Collaborate effectively across departments

Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; Effective verbal communication
