About the Role Aviation Institute of Maintenance is looking for an Admissions Representative who is passionate about education, motivated by results, and genuinely invested in the success of every student they work with. This is not a passive role. It requires someone who takes initiative, stays organized under pressure, and brings consistent energy to a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Based at our Indianapolis campus near Indianapolis International Airport, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring AIM’s FAA-approved aviation maintenance technician programs. Your ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and follow through with urgency will directly determine your impact — and your results. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — responding with speed and professionalism Assess each prospective student’s goals, background, and eligibility to identify the right program fit Guide students through every stage of the admissions process: inquiry, appointment setting, interview, application, documentation, and enrollment Consistently
