What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field), At least 4 years of professional experience, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese, Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workflows and systems simultaneously
Nice to Have
Ideally within a high-end customer service, hospitality, or educational environment, Prior experience with CRM tools (specifically HubSpot), A knack for learning new technologies quickly
What You'll Do.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with the Admissions Associate, Data Analyst, and Finance team to ensure timeline compliance, smooth data tracking, and a family-friendly enrollment process; Coordinate internally so that everything is ready for the student’s first day
Communication Scope
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese; Clarity, warmth, and a professional tone that inspires confidence

THE OPPORTUNITY At Avenues, the admissions process is the first step in building a deep, lifelong partnership with our families. We are seeking an Admissions Analyst to be the welcoming voice, proactive organizer, and guide for prospective families embarking on their Avenues journey. Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world perceives our school from the very first interaction. You will support the full admissions lifecycle, from the initial inquiry through screening to supporting enrollment and families onboarding. In this role, you balance a high-touch, personalized customer service mindset with the operational precision needed to move families smoothly through our admissions funnel, ensuring that our "worldwise" mission is felt at every step.
