What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field), At least 4 years of professional experience, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese, Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workflows and systems simultaneously
Nice to Have
Ideally within a high-end customer service, hospitality, or educational environment, Prior experience with CRM tools (specifically HubSpot), A knack for learning new technologies quickly
What You'll Do.

Execute a seamless first screening experience
Contribute to the planning
and follow-up content for admissions and community events
and meticulous records within our CRM (HubSpot) and enrollment trackers
Review and verify enrollment and re-enrollment documentation
Guide newly enrolled families through school systems
and operational requirements
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with the Admissions Associate, Data Analyst, and Finance team to ensure timeline compliance, smooth data tracking, and a family-friendly enrollment process; Coordinate internally so that everything is ready for the student’s first day
Communication Scope
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese; Clarity, warmth, and a professional tone that inspires confidence
