Full Job Description
**Job Details:** **_Job Summary:_** **The selected candidate will be expected to work in person at our Records Center in Albertville, AL.** The Records Center Warehouse Administrator is an entry-level role that supports the Records Supervisor by managing company records in compliance with the Records Retention & Disposal (RR&D) Policy. This position plays a hands-on role in the storage, retrieval, tracking, and digitization of both paper and electronic records. The Administrator works closely with internal departments and facilities to ensure records are accurately maintained, securely handled, and readily accessible when needed. **_Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_** **Records Center & Warehouse Operations** * Shelve, retrieve, and inventory records, boxes, and files * Pick up and deliver records to internal customers * Receive, log, and inventory incoming boxes from carriers and facilities * Scan and track boxes and locations using handheld scanning equipment * Fulfill customer requests for records, files, and documents * Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, WAVs, and order pickers (preferred experience) **Records & Office Support** * Perform accurate data entry and file indexing * Prep, index, and scan paper records to electronic format * Scan documents and microfilm for customer requests and projects * Enter and manage records in Records Retention/Content Management software * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email ** _Education:_** High School Diploma or equivalent ** _Work Experience:_** **_Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:_ **Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record ** _Special Job Competencies:_** * Ability to regularly lift 30-70 pounds and work at heights up to 24 feet * Physically able to perform repetitive bending, lifting, and twisting * Willingness to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment * Strong communication skills and attention to detail * Ability to meet company requ
