Job Description: ## **Administrator / Receptionist** **Bupa Chancery Lane Health Centre, London WC2A 1PP** **Fixed-term contract: 10 months** **Full-time: 40 hours per week (7:15am – 4:00pm or 9:15am – 6:00pm)** **Salary: £30,500 + excellent benefits** ### ### **Make a meaningful difference with Bupa** We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bupa Health and Dental Centre in Chancery Lane. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring every interaction with our customers reflects the high standards Bupa is known for. ### ### **About the Role** As an Administrator / Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our clinic operations. Acting as the first point of contact, you will create a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support. You’ll work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery before, during, and after each customer visit. While the role can be fast-paced, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team and leadership, leaving each day with a strong sense of achievement from positively impacting our customers’ experience. ### ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide a warm and professional reception service, ensuring each customer’s visit is smooth and welcoming * Support clinical teams with administrative tasks, including preparing files and scanning documentation * Carry out daily operational duties such as handling post, answering calls and emails, managing payments, invoices, and delivery records * Liaise with clinical colleagues
