Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 3-5 years of administrative office experience, Supervisory and coaching skills, Knowledge of administrative procedures, customer service principles and practices, Aptitude for understanding financial reports and extracting information, Accounts Payable and Receivable background using systems such as Yardi, working knowledge of various computer software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Web based input software, Demonstrate effective conflict resolution and customer service skills, Effective verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task and demonstrative initiative

What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support
Ensure administrative staff is supporting departments
Complete administrative projects as directed
Responsible for Accounts Payable
Responsible for Accounts Receivable
Responsible for procurement card
Responsible for petty cash
Engaged with budgeting and forecasting cycle
Coordination and support of short-term leasing
Responsible for Lease agreement administration
Obtaining & processing monthly rent
Processing tenant sales
Processing overage rent
Processing certificates of insurance
Processing opening documents
Administration of Fleet Management program
Receipt reconciliations
Vehicle maintenance process
Create & Maintain documents for service agreements
Track & Maintain DocuSign agreements
Track & Maintain insurance documents
Perform general office administrative tasks
Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
Ordering and maintaining inventory of equipment
Draft documents for management
Draft reports for management
Provide Management Team with updates of Company Policies and Procedures
Support marketing events
Support collateral management
Support proof of performance
Support Gift card sales
Assist with training of Administrative Assistant
Assist with training of Receptionist
Contribute to performance evaluation
Process weekly payroll for inhouse hourly employees
Process required documents for new hires
Submit new hire documents for approval
