Must Have
Indian law qualified lawyer, Minimum 2 years of post-qualification working experience, technical knowledge of legal framework surrounding finance transactions, document drafting skills, Good knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to finance and banking, Broad experience across banking and lending, wholesale/investment banking products and capital markets, Excellent interpersonal skills, Good communication in English, Ability to manage large workloads and tight deadlines, Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, Calm approach, Ability to perform well in a pressurised environment

Prior law firm experience working in the area of banking and finance, Additional qualifications relevant to the role such as Company Secretary
