What You'll Do.
Deal with CDD investor onboarding team
Ensure investors are properly onboarded
Input investor data on Efront / Paxus
Maintain shareholder register
Maintain investor files
Operate monthly and quarterly distributions process
Prepare client deliverables in line with deadlines
Ensure quality of client deliverables
Liaise with Accounting teams
Ensure completion of process for capital calls
Ensure completion of process for distribution
Ensure investor has provided all information for FATCA
Liaise with FATCA Team and investors
Process subscriptions
Liaise with client / investors
Ensure proper transaction monitoring
Prepare investor statements
Distribute statements to investors
Be up-to-date on investor reporting deadlines
Assist in investor reporting obligation
Adhere to Ocorian policy and procedures
Be aware of risk exposure
Promptly escalate issues arising
Become acquainted with local regulatory and legal environment
Become acquainted with constitutive documents of clients
Take responsibility for being immediate point of contact
Escalate any issues/risks promptly to Manager
Carry out any function/activity required by Management team
Carry out any function/activity required by Directors
Protect confidentiality of all information
Protect integrity of all information
Protect availability of all information
Accurate time recording
Comply with information security policies
Comply with information security procedures
