Build understanding of trust and share plan administration
Complete tasks to the required standard within agreed timescales
Meet objectives set by senior staff and through the appraisal process
Develop professional relationships with clients and intermediaries
Maintain high standards of client care
Ensure full compliance with KYC policies and procedures
