What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor's degree, six to ten years of relevant experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, working knowledge of Zoom

What You'll Do.
Prepare Grant and Administrative budgets
review budget forecast
make adjustments throughout year
Assist Team Leader with progress of gifts
Liaise with grants management staff
Interact with grant recipients
provide guidance to grant recipients
respond to questions from grant recipients
Manage consultant contracts
Participate in meetings
serve as recorder of critical tasks
Perform writing assignments
Perform copy editing assignments
communication with grantees
communication with grant seekers
drafts of grant-related documents
Provide project management
annual participatory grantmaking process
Coordinate document and information management tasks
Manage production of Board materials
Liaise with other Teams
Liaise with other Departments
Assist with orientation of new Team members
Contribute to Chicago Commitment strategy development

work closely with the Team Leader; ensure efficient workflow and communications across the Team; comfortable working in a team environment; Liaise with other Teams and Departments as needed; assist with orientation of new Team members; Work with Team Coordinators to ensure smooth and efficient operation for Team; participate in cross-training
