General Dynamics in St Leonards-on-Sea currently provide avionic mission computing systems for a wide range of military fast jets, helicopters, and UAV’s. Recent success has resulted in General Dynamics developing the next generation of Advanced High Performance, Safety Critical Mission Computer Systems to meet the needs of latest platforms in development by several aircraft manufacturers. These Mission Computing Systems provide the functionality that integrates aircraft systems, sensor systems and stores management systems with the information and control systems required by the aircrew to meet the demanding operational needs of these aircraft. In this role you will provide administrative support to the Manufacturing facility, including but not limited to: * Overall day-to-day support of project teams and SLT * Coordinates and organizes logistics for such things as: customer visits, tours, departmental all-hands sessions, team meetings and other events as required and Workplace updates * Interaction with Facilities / IT – desk moves, IT issues * Liaising with external counterparts * Expense entry and submission for SLT members * Arrange tea/coffee/ buffets for customer visits and internal meetings * Raise Service Now visitor requests * Attend and prepare materials for internal and external customer meetings * Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information * Cover security guard breaks on reception desk * S
