### Description **Job Title:** ABA Administrator **Location:** South Africa **Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST) **Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR) ### Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative support for ABA operations and clinical teams * Manage scheduling, appointments, and staff coordination * Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with company policies * Assist with onboarding, credentialing, and employee documentation * Coordinate communication between therapists, families, and internal departments * Support billing, authorizations, and insurance-related administrative tasks * Monitor and update spreadsheets, databases, and reporting systems * Handle incoming emails, calls, and administrative inquiries professionally * Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements * Assist management with operational and administrative projects as needed **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred * Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or ABA services * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling systems * Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of ABA terminology and healthcare administration preferred * Experience working with US-based clients or healthcare systems is an advantage **Benefits** 1.
