## Accountabilities Provide comprehensive administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documentation. Use Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools to design and enhance visual materials such as presentations, internal communications, and marketing assets. Maintain organized digital filing systems, records, and documentation for efficient access and compliance. Support the creation of visual content for proposals, reports, newsletters, and other communication materials. Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and team activities, ensuring smooth execution. Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Review and proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and branding standards. Perform general office and administrative duties, including supply management and support for ongoing team projects. Requirements: Active Secret clearance or higher (mandatory). Previous experience in administrative, executive support, or office coordination roles. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar design tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable balancing administrative and creative responsibilities. Experience supporting document preparation, formatting, and presentation design is highly valued.
