**Department:** 36412 Wake Forest University Health Sciences - Pulmonology Clinic **Status:** Full time **Benefits Eligible:** Yes **Hou****rs Per Week:** 40 **Schedule Details/Additional Information:** Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM **Pay Range** $24.10 - $36.15 _**JOB SUMMARY**_ Under limited supervision, the Senior Administrative Support Associate facilitates the Program for Lung Health work by providing specialized and/or complex administrative and operational support for the Advocate Health/Wake Forest University School of Medicine's Lung Health Program. The successful candidate provides the necessary infrastructure so support leadership and committees, streamline operations, and maintain continuity across programs and initiatives. Responsible for the day-today operation of the program, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and coordinating communications among leadership, committees, and prospective and established members. Assists with organizing and executing Lung Health sponsored events, including conferences and symposia, grant writing workshops, and mentorship program activities. Facilitates cross-market engagement by assisting in the development and distribution of a program newsletter, website development and maintenance, and coordination of hybrid meeting formats for enterprise-wide program members. Assists with the administration of pilot funding mechanisms, including tracking applications, coordinating the review process, and managing award documents. Also provides administrative support for the clinical research center.
