What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support to the Student Financial Services team
Ensure a high level of confidentiality in all tasks
Perform initial customer service and triage functions
Maintain student financial services records
Communicate relevant information to students and the broader college community
Interact with students and support financial aid staff

Serve as a primary contact for providing Student Financial Services information

Assist students with finance-related processes

Handle sensitive student matters professionally
Maintain the organization and processes in the imaging system for Student Financial Services
Assist with administrative duties related to student financial services projects
Assist in coordination of Student Financial Services outreach workshops
Assist in state and federal reporting requirements related to Student Financial Services
Coordinate recruitment
hiring and training of student workers
Assist in the evaluation of student worker performance
