Audit access clearances
Maintain department head calendars
Maintain organizational calendars
Prepare correspondence
Ensure staff onboarding completion
Coordinate annual Joint Service Award ceremony
Coordinate presenters
Support award ceremony duties
Coordinate two annual commission events
Reserve event locations
Meet branch specific requirements
Post transactions to budgets
Process Purchasing Card forms
Approve Purchasing Card forms
Process student scholarships
Process student awards
Coordinate with Admissions Office
Coordinate with Bursar Office
Track prospective students
Track admitted students
Track scholarship recipients
Monitor student records
