We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Specialist (Executive Operations) to support the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Product Officer (CPO). This role is responsible for driving day-to-day administrative execution, coordinating logistics, and ensuring alignment with executive priorities to enable seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and has a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Executive Assistant to the CPO, who provides day-to-day direction, workflow prioritization, and operational guidance to ensure alignment and execution. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support in partnership with the EA to the CPO, ensuring alignment with executive priorities Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics with a high degree of accuracy Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner Support execution of leadership meetings, team activities, and on-site events Draft, format, and maintain presentations, reports, and executive-level documents Serve as a coordination point across teams to ensure alignment on administrative and operational activitie
