Coordinate external meetings
Schedule internal meetings
Coordinate internal meetings
Assist division staff in managing SharePoint sites
Assist division staff in managing SharePoint libraries
Make updates to Aurora Water’s public website
Review video closed‑captioning
Correct video closed‑captioning
Deliver incoming mail
Manage copier supplies
Manage office supplies
Manage break room supplies
Act as Purchase Card Custodian
Assist with reconciliations
Accurately code invoices
