Must Have
2 + years Admin experience in a professional office environment, Ability to multitask and take direction well, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, Ability to learn and grow professionally and take on other tasks and duties as assigned, Adaptable in an office setting & know the importance of teamwork and collaboration

2-year degree
What You'll Do.
Provide day-to-day support to the administrative team and firm leadership
Format financial statements and supporting documentation for review
Assist with document management
and internal communications
Process tax returns and related administrative workflows
Manage and respond to internal requests through the administrative ticketing system
Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs and project coordination
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
Assist with special projects and general administrative tasks as needed

offering internal coordination and support to the Firm Administrator and staff administrators to ensure a solid Admin Team working cohesively and proficiently; grow and work with other Admin staff to continually support within a collaborative and corporate work environment; Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs and project coordination; Collaborative mindset; Adaptable in an office setting & know the importance of teamwork and collaboration
