Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, Excellent command of English and as applicable, local languages, At least 7 years of experience as an administrative professional, Previous experience supporting senior leaders (VP/SVP/MD - heads of functions) and large teams (>100 colleagues), Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, interpersonal skills to be able to interact with individuals from all levels of the organization in a professional, positive, and discreet manner
Nice to Have
Experience in project management, Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Visio etc., organizational and multitasking skills, Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot

Organization and coordination of inbound and outbound travel (agenda

Support towards recruitment and onboarding of new hires
Help develop documents

Representing department in contract negotiations
and interface with internal and external partners
Key collaborator with enabling functions to ensure smooth functioning of the department
Point-of-Contact for third party vendors
Partner with site leaders on key initiatives and meetings
