North Broward Area The Administrative Experience Coordinator is an administrative support “Super-Star” who will be responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties along with managing the front reception. You are the face of the company, and your appearance and demeanor reflect on the organization. “Join our team and unlock your potential!” Shift Schedule Mon thru Fri 9am-5pm $20.00 p/h Required one year of proven ability as an administrative experience coordinator Core Traits of an Administrative Experience Superstar: Provides administrative support in using the copy machine, receiving packages, and maintaining files Answers, screens, and routes incoming telephone calls; when a transfer is not possible, records detailed messages and forwards via email to the appropriate personnel Maintains and archives visitor sign-in sheets and monthly lobby records for audit and security purposes Oversees lobby operations to ensure visitors are received, signed in, and directed promptly Effective time management and attention to detail Update departmental systems Coordinate calendars Ensure accuracy when processing data Provide prompt and thorough responses to
