Continued employment is contingent on the renewal of grant or restricted funding., Applicants with equivalent experience in place of a Bachelor’s degree may be considered. One year of the related experience is the equivalent of one college year. Applicants being considered for the equivalency must have four years of related experience to meet the equivalency of a Bachelor’s degree plus the minimum required years of experience. Applicants being considered for the equivalency must have a total of six years of experience., All positions are security-sensitive. What You'll Do.
Provide direct assistance in delivering departmental services to County employees and the public
ensuring efficient operations.
Responds to general and complex questions and complaints regarding departments or agents.
Support special projects exercising independent judgment and decision-making skills
contributing to project success.
May train administrative or clerical support personnel.
Maintain accurate statistics and generate intricate reports to support departmental analysis and decision-making processes.
Maintain and update personnel records such as attendance and worker’s compensation tasks.
ensuring timely and accurate transactions while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Participates and assists in college-wide events
committees and performs other duties as assigned.
