Only candidates with working experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction ( A.E.C ) industries will be considered Location: Downtown Dallas (on site) We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative assistant to manage, coordinate, and maintain architectural specifications across multiple projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of project documentation while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Training will be provided.
