What You'll Do.
Process Concur reimbursements
Manage B2P vendor invoices
Reconcile departmental Corporate Card
Provide logistical support for Executive Director's courses
Provide logistical support for RSEL Fellowship
Maintain fellowship administrative data
Coordinate catering for events
Coordinate room bookings for events
Coordinate aesthetic setup for events
Monitor central interfaith inboxes
Schedule chaplains' plenary meetings
Process onboarding paperwork for new chaplains
Process internal rosters for new chaplains
Provide logistical support for all programming
Coordinate venue booking for programming
Coordinate catering for programming
Coordinate AV for programming
Act as primary staff presence for evening programs
Act as primary staff presence for weekend gatherings
Maintain and track donations
Track donor information
Prepare donation acknowledgments
Compile data for donor reports
Order office supplies
Maintain department website
Maintain digital records
Perform CRM data entry
