While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore positions posted on behalf of both Bunge and Viterra. **A Day in the Life:** The Administrative Coordinator provides a wide range of mid-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the team and office. **What You’ll Be Doing:** * Manage and coordinate appointment calendars, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts. * Prepare meeting agendas and supporting materials, and coordinate all meeting logistics. * Arrange travel and accommodations for staff as required. * Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to a high standard. * Support managers with tasks related to confidential business decisions. * Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) in accordance with records retention policies. * Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability at all times; manage mail distribution and oversee office equipment upkeep. * Assist with budget tracking by compiling data, running reports, identifying variances, and supporting explanations. May also monitor EFT transactions and Profit & Loss reporting. * Contribute to and support small departmental projects as needed. **Skills/Experience Requirements:** * Grade 12 (or equivalent) plus a certificate in administration, business office, or a related field. * Strong computer proficiency, with demonstrated experience in: * Spreadsheet applic
