AIM is currently seeking an Administrative Clerk - Transportation for its Matane site, for a temporary 1-year position. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. You will support the team in administrative activities, planning, transportation, and customer service. What you will be responsible for : * Oversee the opening and closing of daily operations, including cash handling and report preparation; * Welcome customers, provide pricing information, and deliver excellent customer service (in person and over the phone); * Weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles, enter data into RECY, and generate scale tickets and delivery slips; * Coordinate transportation activities, including truck dispatching and shipment tracking; * Manage operational documentation (scale tickets, invoices,
