What You'll Do.
Create requisitions in Oracle
Receive requisitions in Oracle
Order office supplies
Order operations supplies
Prep manifests from deliveries
Scan manifests into IDP
Match scale tickets in CORE software
Answer customer questions
Answer vendor questions
Transfer calls to appropriate personnel
Create interoffice memos
Distribute interoffice memos
Contact local management
Contact corporate office personnel
Support cross-functional teams
Direct customers to correct person
Direct vendors to correct person
Support month end processes
Help office personnel where needed
Perform other tasks as assigned
