Serve as the operational pillar for the Head of BD and Global Commercial Alliance Management and team
Ensure total fluidity in their professional daily life
Proactively manage internal and external appointments
including last minutes adjustments to support prioritization
Take full ownership of travel arrangements (flights
End-to-end coordination for major national and international congresses
Coordinate logistics and scheduling for all individual client and commercial partner meetings/events
edit high-quality professional documents and PowerPoint presentations in both English and French
Support in tracking and ensure alignment with the annual budget on a quarterly basis using a financial ERP
