What You'll Do.
Serve as initial customer service contact
Provide direct assistance to students
Process student applications
Enroll students in class
Collect student documents
Process student payments
Apply for student funding
Communicate program plans
Communicate admissions requirements
Process student enrollments
Maintain daily log files
Process unofficial transcript requests
Process receipts for students
Provide information on FVTC programs
Refer students to resources
Utilize CRM system for leads
Distribute targeted communication
Provide feedback to CRM specialist
Provide one-on-one intake sessions
Provide group intake sessions
Discuss FVTC program requirements
Assist with scheduling classes
Assist with paying for college
Develop plans for student transition
Collaborate with faculty
