Coordinate with Customer Stakeholders in relation to documentation
Document control for preventive maintenance report
Document control for corrective maintenance report
Document control for RCA Report
Document control for other compliance and customer documents

Data Center Admin Support provide day-to-day administration in operating Customer data center. **Responsibilities :** * Develop Weekly/monthly/Regular report to Customer Owner. * Prepare regular and Monthly Report for Customer * Maintenance & Corrective documentation * PR/PO administration and documents * Request and Manager ticketing and ERP System from Customer Apps and platform * Equipment moves in/out process * Prepare any event, audit, certification arrangement to support DC Operation. * Coordinate with Customer Stakeholders in relation with documentation, commercials, permitting, administration. * Document control for: * Preventive maintenance report * Corrective maintenance report * RCA Report. * Other compliance and customer documents. **Qualification :** * Min. diploma degree, any major study. * Windows, Microsoft Office * 3 years of relevant work experience at data center operator * Experiences in support datacenter * Good communication skills, both written and presentation (fluent in English) * High adaptability and motivated self-starter * Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment, attention to detail * Good in English written and medium verbal. _**Able to speak Mandarin**_ **Location:** On-site –Jakarta, Indonesia **Job Tags:** Hiring If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
