What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in business-related area, Minimum of 03 years’ of experience in administrative and secretarial work, Advanced experience in database management including MS access, word, project, excel and power, Very Good command of English knowledge (both written and spoken)

Nice to Have

Living in the local area of the job will be an advantage

What You'll Do.

Acts as point of contact

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements

Follow up on administrative duties

Coordinate and manage site director's schedule

Handle confidential information

Negotiate and organize facility bookings

Receive and process invoices

Prepare agendas and meeting documents

Follow up on action points

Organize high-level meetings

Prioritize information flow

Assess incoming correspondence

Prepare and format reports

Maintain and update organizational chart

Develop and maintain presentations

Organize and maintain filing

Develop and implement improvements

Assist in completing forms

Handle calls and visitors

Participate in organization of events

Participate in HSE reporting

Carry out other duties

Gather and validate lessons learnt

Keep project management team informed

Liaise with other assistants
