1-3 years of Classified personnel supervision, Working knowledge of Rebel Gateway, MyUNLV and scheduling, Experience with academic scheduling systems and graduate admissions, and graduate assistantship processes, Familiarity with University policies and procedures, Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Providing advanced-level administrative and operational support to the Department of Psychology
Serving as a key liaison between faculty
Representing the department and its interests regarding scheduling
graduate application processes
Overseeing critical academic and administrative functions
Graduate application process
Department academic scheduling
Academic course assignments
Graduate application processes
Issuance of the graduate assistantship
Supervision of the Department AAII and AAIII
Required annual evaluations
Other duties as assigned by the department chair
