What You'll Do.
Initiating and coordinating routine administrative and purchasing transactions using University systems
Processing work orders and arrange for equipment maintenance
Providing support for events and collaborating with the Events Coordinator to ensure that events run smoothly
Providing calendar support for the Director of Facilities
Issuing and maintaining the college parking database
Maintaining inventory for the Dean’s Office breakroom
Distributing internal/external communications related to campus construction
PennDot communications
and travel/parking announcements
Greeting office visitors and reviewing and responding to inquiries
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with students, faculty, and staff members in the college; Collaborate with the Events Coordinator

Excellent communication skills; Distributing internal/external communications; Responding to inquiries
