What You'll Do.
Maintain written and/or electronic appointment schedule/calendar
Provide word processing/typing services
Facilitate production of moderately complex documents/materials
Provide reception responsibilities
and maintain confidential electronic/paper filing/retrieval methods
Arrange small to mid-size formal and informal meetings/events
Perform moderately complex billing and budgetary functions
Provide functional supervision and leadership
Ensure efficient operation of the office
Perform other related clerical support activities
Perform cross-functional duties
Perform other duties consistent with the job classification
